It’s a discussion piece that was born when me and Brit, who I collaborate with in workshops about social media and blogging, analyzed what we had experienced and decided to research how thoughts where developing around the financial crisis concerning social media. Our thinking grew to a extended post on the blogs: on Researcher and at JMW as well as a debate-piece in the Swedish marcom-magazine Dagens Media.
As we understood that the markets total turmoil might slow the possibilities for social media to gain and save brand value even in a downturn we translated the piece and hope to bring some new perspectives to the sphere do be discussed.
