A take on the downturn and what impact that will have on the development and growth of social media in businesses you find at my Knol (Googles version of wiki): Social media is a possibility to grow during recession.

It’s a discussion piece that was born when me and Brit, who I collaborate with in workshops about social media and blogging, analyzed what we had experienced and decided to research how thoughts where developing around the financial crisis concerning social media. Our thinking grew to a extended post on the blogs: on Researcher and at JMW as well as a debate-piece in the Swedish marcom-magazine Dagens Media.

As we understood that the markets total turmoil might slow the possibilities for social media to gain and save brand value even in a downturn we translated the piece and hope to bring some new perspectives to the sphere do be discussed.

Firefox is a brilliant application because of the add-ons. One of those are Feedly which makes your Google Reader different. It uses the Greader but put a lot more juice into action – as well as it is closely knitted with Friendfeed and people in your networks.

In cooperation with Brit Staktson at JMW Kommunikation and with Björn Falkevik at Lidne Inc. I have this spring worked with a project for E.ON Sverige HR-dep and two parts of this is now in the official: E.ON New Jobs which is a new way to work with the advertising for jobs and E.ON Young Heroes, which is a competition where young summerworkers is blogging or videocasting their workday at E.ON.

The advertising press is writing about it: Dagens Media and Resumé.
